My Story

This website is for school leaders, as well as individuals in other industries who desire to take their leadership to the next level. Senta Wilson's vision for the site is the establishment of a place for leaders to grow and show what they know. She believes this is a place for sharing and exchanging ideas about effective leadership. It is Mrs. Wilson's desire to give back to the next generation of leaders through mentorship, authorship, and leadership. Senta Wilson brings a plethora of skills and experiences to the development of the website's content. ​

Senta Wilson is one of the leading innovative leaders on school improvement, small business ownership, and non-profit organizational development. In 2016 Mrs. Wilson and her husband founded a nonprofit organization and in 2023 she started a small business. Currently, Mrs. Wilson serves as the Director of Instruction at a charter school. Prior to that she served as a principal, assistant principal, instructional coach, teacher, track coach, and drill team director, in the charter and independent school district educational systems.

Mrs. Wilson has facilitated Professional Development Sessions on bilingualism and second language acquisition, Restorative Discipline Practices and Equity at Educational Conferences and Campus-based Professional Development Sessions. Recently, Mrs. Wilson finished writing her first book.

Mrs. Wilson and her husband are the proud parents of three sons and a puppy daughter. Their priorities are God first, family second, and career last. ​

Mrs. Wilson wants every visitor to this site to know that she is committed to serving them and that the one thing that she is confident separates her from the rest is her transparency, extreme dedication to advocacy, and her passion for underprivileged communities.
